Middle American Values

I just returned from a trip to Oklahoma City. While there, I noticed the FFA gathering for their state convention. The 30,000 reportedly there were well behaved and reflected middle america's values. My faith in these values, like the Amish in Lancaster, PA has been renewed. No graffitti, no profanity, no poor behavior. Respect for elders, children, American values and patriotism.

I visited the blast site and gardens. The divide is over values. Good vs. evil. More on this later. Some are unappologetic like reporters leaking classified information; like the rosenbergs and the weathermen of the 70s. Depraved individuals with no core values except their drug-influenced convoluted thinking.

My FBI

I am about to add this book to my list of important references. The five Mafia families in the 1980s were a prime example of liars. The documented union connections have been established by convictions. Any comments?

$ 6.40 per gallon

...of water ! People are not complaining about paying $ 1.19 for 24 ounces of water in a store. That equals about 5 cents an ounce. There are 128 ounces in a gallon for those who attended school before 1969 when the schools went NEA/union/communist. ~ .05 X 128 = $ 6.40.

The price of gasoline is less than it was in 1974 in today's dollars. See attached link above.

Why don't we see hearings on the price gouging of water? Water costs about 2 cents a gallon at the tap. That would be about a 99% profit margin. Gasoline companies make about an 8% profit

There are alternatives to purchasing gasoline or driving a car. Walking, riding a bicycle, car pooling, public transportation, moving, working at home or on a farm. The real underlying agenda is to socialize or nationalize (control) a private company. This is communism.

What is Truth ?

That question was asked of Jesus Christ by Pontious Pilate. A similar exchange occured this past week between David Horowitz and Ward Churchill in a debate. The ethics professor from Colorado U attempted to establish that there is no truth, just consensus about what it is. The communist/self described socialist did not dispute David's fact that 120,000,000 people were killed in the communist experiment; 60,000,000 of them by intentional starvation.
He would not dispute that there were three people on the stage that day, or that he is paid money from Colorado U. There are many examples of liars.
Either you tell The Truth or not. If you wish to pass on a question, that is all right. Not everyone deserves to hear the truth, and some do not know what it is. I feel sorry for them.

ON SHEEP, WOLVES, AND SHEEPDOGS

I usually do not reprint emails, but this one came from a Vietnam veteran:

Jill Edwards is a junior math major at the University of Washington. In brief, Edwards, a member of the UW student senate, opposed a memorial to UW grad "Pappy" Boyington. Boyington was a U.S. Marine aviator who earned the Medal of Honor in World War II. Edwards said that she didn't think it was appropriate to honor a person who killed other people. She also said that a member of the Marine Corps was NOT an example of the sort of person the University of Washington wanted to produce. Gen. Dula's letter to the University of Washington student senate leader:
To: Edwards, Jill (student, UW) Subject: Sheep, Wolves and Sheepdogs
Miss Edwards, I read of your 'student activity' regarding the proposed memorial to Col Greg Boyington, USMC and a Medal of Honor winner. I suspect you will receive a bellyful of angry e-mails from conservative folks like me. You may be too young to appreciate fully the sacrifices of generations of servicemen and servicewomen on whose shoulders you and your fellow students stand. I forgive you for the untutored ways of youth and your naiveté. It may be that you are, simply, a sheep. There's no dishonor in being a sheep - - as long as you know and accept what you are. Please take a couple of minutes to read the following. And be grateful for the thousands - - millions - - of American sheepdogs who permit you the freedom to express even bad ideas.
Brett Dula Sheepdog, retired

The full email is attached as the first comment. These prissy sheep are truly, naive.
Another book titled, Wouldn't it be Nice by Brian Wilson also sums up this attitude.
Wouldn't it be nice if there were no wolves in this world.
But there are, unfortunately.

Communists backed

The recent "protests" organized by ANSWER and the Marxist Workers World Party are a veiled attempt at anarchy and lawlessness. It has been said that only 1/2 of 1% of the people or about 240,000 in Russia took to the streets that brought down the former government there in 1917.

Some have tried to say that my blog against communism is unnecessary and too reactive. Look at this yourself. Do you really want to live in a country without laws and re-education camps, real torture chambers and where 10% controls the 90% who would be their slaves?

Smear

Today I received my official retirement from the USAF, ANGUS, Air National Guard. I was pleased to see Presdient George Bush's signature on the USAF certificate. You can see the rest of my history on my profile. I tell The Truth. I found my first smear on a related blog today, on Sunday of all days. I will not attempt to sign into their group on msn, but will make a blanket statement to all: If you have a question, ask it. People are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, civilian or military. Those who fight and defend this country from all enemies both foreign and domestic deserve at least that much respect.

Check the above link for similar smears to other people.

I guess I should be pleased that my reputation deserves the smear that some person made. By the way, I don't pretend to wear the uniform or play Soldier. I have done it. If you haven't, fine, as my mother said: "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything".

Enemies within

"It is while men talk of the lessons of history . . . they ignore them" -- From AMVETS

"Public squabbling over the war's progress can undermine U.S. troops' efforts" -- American Legion article printed in Air Force Times, 10April06.

A revealing quote from Thomas L. Bock: "Gen. Giap (North Vietnamese) is an old man now, but you can bet that the most notorious terrorist in iraq, Abu Musaf al-Zarqawi, shares his desire to divide and conquer the American people by sowing seeds of doubt and dissension on the home front."

Chief RZ: "Some people are simply naive about the effect their actions have on our enemies, but certain people are intentionally undermining our military and political efforts to promote peace and freedom around the world."

National Guard

The percentage of National Guard and reserve soldiers deployed to the war zones has decreased from 60% in 2004 to 20% in 2005.
Now maybe we can deploy them to the northern and southern borders of the USA and stop this illegal alien invasion and occupation. I remember several Democratic congressmen demanding just this a year ago. Time for them to put their votes where their mouths were.
I suspect that once again, their words will not match their actions.
